Bikram Sambat ↔ AD converter
Nepal runs on the Bikram Sambat calendar — currently 56–57 years ahead of the Gregorian calendar, with months that don't line up cleanly. Visas expire on BS dates, leases start on BS dates, holidays fall on BS dates. This tool converts in both directions.

Why this matters
When a visa officer writes “valid until 2082-02-15,” that's a BS date — end of May 2025 in AD. Office holidays are listed in BS. Rental agreements run BS to BS. When in doubt, ask “BS ho ki AD?” (BS or AD?) before noting the date.
