What is raksi?
Raksi (रक्सी) is Nepali home-distilled spirit — usually rice-based, sometimes millet (jaand) or wheat. Clear, ~20-40% ABV, ubiquitous at village festivals and Newari restaurants. Served in a small metal cup.
